Hello cvjo.

There is a 4760 Facility call Web Directory right?.

The client want to use it most for the users that don't have phone set with alphabetic keyboard (analog, 4004, 4010,).

Following the manual I got into the Ip@ of the 4760 with the web bronwser
I select Web Directory
I get in with an new account created (also get in with the AdaminNmc account with no succes either)
Associated and extension number

BUT,when I search some user by name, I got nothing.

So, What have to be done to Use the Web directory to search by name other user a call them?

Regards

AFlores

First of all you need license for that.
Second this feature shoild be enabled.
Third this Wed directory should be created - it is not created automatically. You must create country, city, company etc. Then you point out where PABX data be assighed.
Check section 2.2 "Company tab" in 4760 Administration manual
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

Check section 2.2 "Company tab" in 4760 Administration manual.
It is a bit complicated but you have to read it to understand because there are too many "directories" in 4760.
First
In "Company tab" you create a structure of your organisation.
Second
2.2.2.3 Location of the Items Automatically Created in the Company Directory
You can specify for each network, subnetwork, or PCX (OmniPCX 4400 and Alcatel-Lucent
OmniPCX Enterprise CS only), the location where you want the entries to be created
automatically. You can specify this in the System directory via the Location for automatic
creation attribute
for networks, subnetworks, and PCXs.
There you point to organisation structure you created.
Then do a complete sync.
After that you should have web-directory available.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
