Ethernet OAM

Dear Members,

Currently I am working on a Carrier Ethernet infrastructure, using several Alcatel OS6850.
I have reed several documents about Connectivity Fault Management. Ethernet OAM enable Continuity Control Messages.
These messages are ' heartbeat' messages over the infrastructure.

It supposed to give a notify when a link goes down. Where can I read out this notify message ?
