OXO NMC metering tickets generation

Hi all.
OXO R7.1 is not generating metering tickets. All parameters for OmniVista integration has been selected, however if you see at

Hardware and Limits/Software Key Features/Network Management/NMC metering tickets/
Below Authorized by software key column= 1000
Below Really Activated = 0

According to ACTIS, NMC tickets is enabled for 1000 tickets storage.

in 69.001 is a bug with the metering - u need a swap to 72.001(i'm not sure... it can be .002 or 003) to fix this issue
