Hunt Group limit

Post by cavagnaro »

Hi guys,
One of my customer has reached his HG limit (200), so questions:

1. Any way to increase it?
2. I'm thinking on instead of HG create a key on all sets to supervise a virtual extension and route calls from DID to this virtual extension. Is this a good idea?
3. Any alternative you may suggest?

Thanks!

If exist HG (where all sets digital) - for parallel group you can use MLA feature (or route calls to one set and manage on another set "set supervision keys").
Instead of sequential group - route calls to first set and declare (user/dynamic user) overflow and assocciated set (second and so on).

Another solution (if this limits in network) - forbid broadcast (system/broadcast/broadcast object) for HG (not sure exist or not this item).
