INTIP3 BOOT FAILURE

hI, I can't to install the binaries on the INT-IP3 card, I have 10/100/1000 connector, I need to know if I must configure the deep shitch of the card in a specific mode, because I can't to stop the autoboot. Thanks. this is the logs:

unlike INTIP2, There is no dip switch to be set on INTIP3
