Voicemail Transfer

Hi,

Is it possible in OXE the feature of Voicemail Transfer? If the guest doesnt like his/her room and ask to change it the messages saved should be transfered to the new room/extension number.

Hi, it is possible if the rooms are as guest mode (using GPIN). then you can do a guest move and the mailbox follow.

If using AHL, issuing the allocation message from PC to OXE will also trigger the transfer of the mailbox recordings to the newly allocated room? Clarification, this is just applicable in Guest Management Mode?

what is GPIN? I want to move the voice mail for legal purpose and save it on an external device to be played for an external audience. How do i copy the voice mails easily? can I play it with any component such as wmp or vox file, mp3 etc.

Good topic that related to the Voicemail transfer.GPIN is a Global Pin.you can save voice mail in amp format and after that you can move voice mail outside.where you can go voice mail can save on mobile .amp format.the size of the file is small but the voice bandwith is not good with .amp file.
