Incoming faxes error 709

I have an intermittent problem with incoming faxes coming in incomplete. They are coming in from multiple sources. Unfortunately error code 709 is rather generic.
FYI - OXE 9.0 fax server version 6.0 using 20 trunks across a traditional pri.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Yes i have opened a ticket with my vendor to research .. but i know most of the lurkers on this board work for my vendor

hello

do all incoming faxes have this error ? in the system monitor of the faxadmkin interface you can select one fax and go to proprties. in this window you will see the status of both call legs, the incoming call leg receiving the gfax and the status of the notification to a user.

in addition to this you will see an errormessage in plain text,. could you provide the information where the error occurs, on the incoming call leg or during the notification process ? and what is the errormessage in plain text provided by this view ?
