4059 runs into Absent Mode

Hello,
does anybody know the timer witch is responsible for the 4059 Absent Mode.
If the attendant on a 4059 is for a few minutes away the 4059 runs into the absent mode. on the screen we can see the coffe cup Icon.
I would like to change this timer
