Outlook's Form issue

Hi All, I am tryng to integrate OFS 8450 with Exchange 2007 with a lot of problem and documentation, as you know, is not so complete about it.
I've uploaded all 7 forms and when I receive a notification of sending or arriving fax into outlook i cannot get preview of attachment. First profile notification was setted in TIFF mode; I changed it to PDF one but outlook says that there isn't plugin to view pdf format file.
What 's wrong?? Alcatel forms or outlook???
Some one can send fax through outlook-exchange??

Do you have Adobe Reader?

I have another PDF reader ( foxit ). I tested it on another PC with Adobe PDF reader and it works!! So, Does ALcatel forms support only Adobe?? Or is Outlook that support only integration with Adobe???

Bad news, i suppose: I had a look to forms code and there is inside code to "Load" Acrobat ActiveX so I really think that only acrobat works for that purpose. Isn't it???

agiftel please tell what is difrent/missing to install on Exchange 2007? I´m about to do my first install and have an presured time limit.
What I can read you just do an connector
New-SendConnector -Name AnyName -AddressSpace "fax:*;1" -SmartHosts "ics.company.com" –DNSRoutingEnabled $false
And the in the form gives the hostname of location of the faxserver in my case "ics"

There are many problems which I don't solve for long period of time. One of them problems with ms outlook info. By a lucky accident yesterday I observed most probable instrument for this situation. The software can be able to manage with such and some other problems associated with ms outlook - broken pst email recovery.
