Good day to all!!!

I hope someone can help me on my issue... my system was OXE 4400, All of a sudden my CPU 20 hang's up and automatically reboots it self.. this happens several time and the backup CPU did not takeover right away since CPU 20 hangs up and when the time it is rebooting CPU6 willl take over.

I dont no what happent to my CPU20.. since I cannot rely on my CPU20 due to the hangging up and rebboting problem.. I make my CPU6 as the main role which temporarily resolves the issue,, now a new problem did come.. I am having a problem with DTMF, Post dialling and Trunk realsing facilities, this I guess is due to the software release of CPU 6 which needs the dynamic patch AK. My CPU 20: R5.1.2-E2.504-1-ak-sa-c6s2, and CPU 6 : R5.1.2-E2.504-1-sa-c6s2.. I am looking for this dynamic patch AK to resolve the issue on my CPU6... and also can anyone help me also with my CPU 20 problem.

Hi,
The current patch in the BP website is patch "al", you can patch your CPU 6 to "al".
If everything is fine, you can perform a "CPU cloning" or upgrade your CPU 20 also.

You should ALWAYS have the same version running on twin cpu's. As victornew stated, download the latest patch and load it, your probably better off.

Make sure and update both cpu's with the al patch.

thanks for the reply.. I did try the CPU cloning with regards with the delivery.. but It gives me some error msgs "cant clone sa version; current version is sa".

I will try to get the "al" patch.

Cloning was running on stand-by CPU (CPU without ak patch) with stopped telephone application?

yes vad.. i've done it on standby cpu (CPU6 without the ak patch) with the stopped telephone appli on it

does NDDI2 at 0,0 caused the restart?... I have tried to replaced the card but I still experienced the problem.. now I removed the NDDI2 card and since yesterday over 24 hrs, main CPU didnt restart.. can someone confirm please..
