MyIC Does not star

Hi guys,

I am depploing a 8400 ICS and i am configuring users for work with MyIC. I have try to install MyIC on windows Vista and windows 7 clients but MyIC does not star. It crash imediately and log an error in event viewer.

Sorry but my windows is in portuguese.

All my client PCs are in a domain. I try to install in a windows XP that is in a workgroup and it works.

Can anyone help me with this problem ?

Which version of ICS? Which version of 7? 32 or 64bits?

Hi Cavagnaro,
ICS version 6.0. Last saturday i upgrade my ICS to 6.1 and the problem is the same.
Windows Vista 32bit SP2 and windows 7 32 and 64bit.

Are you using My IC 2.5.004.009?
