call directly to an extension from outside

can someone tell me if it's possible to call directly to an extension number from an external line?
What should I change in the config?

Hi Jan

Do you want to call to an external line at the OXO and after this dial an extension number?
If I understood rigth, you can do it with DISA ( only analog trunks ), Auto Attendant and MLAA ( all kind of trunks ).
Explain it better.
