Hi all,
all of my IPTouch 4038 have the wrong keys at the internal Keyboard. It is "z" instead of "w" and "." instead of "m".
The Software-version of the 4038 is: 01.55.1. All EE-Models and the "old" 4068 work fine.
I've already tried all options in 4760. But nothing change anything.
OXE-version is:

First of all EE sets are will work from only R.6.2 ur system release is 6.0.1
• Release 6.2 : versions ≥ F3.301.45
• Release 7.1 : versions ≥ F5.401.29.a
• Release 8.0 : versions ≥ G1.302.11.b
• Release 8.0.1 : versions ≥ G1.503.11
cross check TC 1051, for u EE sets are working in the R.6.0.1...

According to Technical Communications IP touch extended edition phones will not work in R.6.0.1, for IP touch EE phones minimum we need above mentioned versions..
Anyway EE phones are working in R.6.0.1 for you,
regarding the key board problem you have to configure it in the users, there are 3 types of key board
if you select Alpha numeric key board as
English - QWERTY type
German - QUARTZ type
French - AZERTY type, so may be you have selected the french one try with english,

i've got phone (4068) with french, but i want english,
Changed in mgr, reset of ip phone, and no change.
(i open my 4068, and replaced keys with the ones from faulty 4029 with english keyboard... so i see QWERTY but still they are translated to AZERTY..)

Yes, vad, i did that i thought could be necessary to change it and no luck.
Maybe it's R9.1 that has some problems.
for my locale (localization) there are severals bugs in labels on set like not 'delete' (not in english delete but in polish " Usun' " ) but we see some label like delev ( actualy "usum"), wait till some patch like .35 it will be better use.
Deleted the set, no help. Recreated empty db on vmware plus created this set with keyboard = english, still no use. Will wait for next patches...
