Who can i open the Unified Maintenance Tool without change pass mtcl? anyway to do it?

You can´t do that, it is mandatory tro change the default pwd assigned to the mtcl account, and that should be the normal use of the system access for each system, so do so unter root login with passwd mtcl NEWSECUREDPWD enter them again and everything is fine, it is not mandatory to enable password aging .
