Unified logon error

When using one number services from the webinterface the user is asked to logon again. There is a windwos which prompts to enter the user name and password again.

I have ran the script to disable the SSL and changed the port of unified logon from 443 to 80.

Could you please think with me to solve this issue? I think maybe it has somethin to do with the webbrowser of the user because it is not always.
I have not figured out yet which causes the system to prompt again.

Is OTUC on your trusted sites? Have you modified the IE settings?
