Error sending voice mail messages

Hi all,

I have my unified communication 8400 integrated with exchange 2007 and i am unable to send new messages for my correspondents.

When i access my voice mail box in UC i receive the greating guide, then i press 2 to send a new message, then i record the message and press # to end recording.
Next step is to dial the name of the correspondent pressing the corresponding name in the numeric keyboard. every time i dial the 2 or 3 inicial leters of the name i allway get the message than no corrspondent can be found.
When i access the phone list names in the phone system i do the same last steps and the transfer is ok.
Can anyone help me with this problem ? there is any log file concerning this process ?

Any update on this? Othervice I will try this in my lab. What TTS language do u use? ENG ore ENG us?

No update about this problem. My TTS language is Portuguese .....
