TSAPI information - CSTA via NDDI Analogue Trunk

Hi Again,

I believe from Alcatel that NDDI Trunk in France can pass CSTA/CTI data, is this possible outside of France. I need the CSTA data to show call established and show the extension of the Agent that dialled that number? We have Omni Enterprise and a Call Center, is there a way route a call via the NDDO trunk and retain the CSTA data,

I don't believe it's possible, you will never get the established event on the NDDI trunks in CSTA, there is even a problem with QSIG trunks in software D1.311.7, the latest dynamic patch I think ap solves the QSIG missing Delivered or Established CSTA event (not sure which one of those hehe). But on analog trunks it's not possible. If someone knows better, correct me
