hi~

my site have problem.

I see the incvisu log everyday.

0276=External accounting application 4760 : NO RECOVERY

EVENT TYPE: ProcessingErrorAlarm (10)
PROBABLE CAUSE: Unknown (0)
SEVERITY: Major

"External accounting application P1: NO RECOVERY"
"P1: external accounting application name that generated the incident."

"Problem to get accounting tickets for the external application."

this log is incident. i don't know why it does.


4760i is normal operating.

Hi. You need 4760, not 4760i!!. Under Application --> Accounting, disable Files for external Accounting. Regards.

When external PC (4740, 4760) load tickets - PBX remember last loaded file and if PC stop loading files you will have this incident (Applications/ accounting/ files param. for external accounting - % Nb Days of storage Before Alarm).
Check in /usr4/tmp - files computer_name.acc - delete this file. usually PC name present in incidents.
