cannot transfer calls from OTUC to OXE

Hi all,

i have a OTUC configured as Voice Mail system and automated attendant. when i dial the voice mail and chose a user to transfer to the call is not tranfered.
With AA when i configure de tree to transfer to operator nothing the transfer ins not made.

Any idea,

Check the codecs, remember that VM works on G711 so your intradomain codec should be also G711 and not G729.

Hi, but how do i change thec coedec without afecting external connections. I have a public sip truk to operator and i want to use G729 because compression.
My trunk group to otuc is configured with g711. look the trunk group configuration:

Hi Cavagnaro, i have configured the domains as you sugest but still with the same problem. can you see the new logs. I think that now he is using g711.
