checking tickets are logged

Hi All,

I am looking to verify whereabouts within the 4760 to check that tickets are being collected for trunk groups and extensions.

reason being i have multiple sites connected but only two sites seem to have data collected?

You have managed the /Applications/Accounting correctly on the sites? If you check accview -tf on the sites that are not sending tickets, are there any .DAT files listed?

Great, Can you check that external accounting is turned on in Applications/Accounting on the PCX? Then also check in 4760 under Directory, System Tab, goto the PCX and check the Data Collection Tab. There should be a last .TAX file received. This will show whether tickets are being imported into 4760.
