How long might this last

To Whom it may concern,

I am trying to post, and am waiting for the moderation episode of my account to run its course. Is there any rule of thumb that I can apply so as to get an idea of how long this period will last? I am thinking I am being patient, but as they say time is money & also my alcatel needs are not going to go away, so I am trying to get a handle on how long I might have to remain in this limbo before I can utilize the forum to gain aid with my alcatel questions? This is a call for help, please dont be annoyed.
