Problem in external call (cut off)

hello all
I have oxo system but i face this problem

the external call cutting off after undetermine timer (sometimes 60,70,120,152 ,230 second.....)

this cutting happen suddenly witout known timer

the caller from OXO side are cutting
but the other side call hear message VG AA (welcome if you know extention .........)

i try to work many external calls but i get the same result in all times

please if any one know any thing about this problem please tell me

What release is running in Oxo?
and you are using analogue trunks or ISDN?

i think that can be a bug of the release, you can fix it making an minor upgrade of the release.
