Music On Hold says "You are in email processing"

This is the 3rd site I go to in 3 months and have the same trouble:
The music on hold on the CPU6 can be hear for 1 second, then it says "You are in email processing, you might hang up"... I found a trick once, I found a trick twice, but on the 3rd one my tricks does not work anymore... When I'll find a solution, I will let you know..

Hi there ...

The only solution I found was to reload the flash VG in the CPU.
BUT (Yes, there is a but).. It did not last... I really have no clue, and Alcatel nether. The last solution that I did was to upgrade to 5.0.1UX. Since this, it's running OK.

hi..

I have a customer running 4.2. They are going to upgrade to 5.1.2 but anyway.. They wanted to have Music On Hold on the CPU instead of the CD player.. Once I loaded the MOH file on the CPU, I had the same trouble.. "You are in email processing, you might hang-up"

This sucks

The was fixed in a dyn_patch under 4.2 (don't remember which one
