SIP TG - How to disable T38

Hi people. I have oxe r9.0 (h1.301.27). I facing the following. Calls arrive from ISDN PRI TG, the route to a Fax Server using a SIP TG. Some FAX calls reach TG using G711, transparent mode. It is working find. I believe somehow the public network do not recognise FAX calls, and so PBX ignores T38.
For some other FAX calls, OXE tries to implemente T38. I do not want to use T38. I want transparent mode for all fax calls.
Any tips? I want to know if I am missing something.

I think it is not possible,because I had this problem about sending fax but BPWS said it is not possible.
