Forward call party

Hi Team :

I have been reviewed with listfwd command that I can check some extension forwarded, but How can I set up fordward of calling party to some extension or to some number?? or How Can I disable (unblocked) some extension ?
Should I use "mtcl" user to troubleshooting this issue??

When you say that you want to set up forward of calling party, you mean that you want to remotely set up the forward setting of a set to somewhere else ?

Yes, I meant to changes some configuration of extension when you are not close it.

In the MGR :

Users / Go Down Hierachie / Dynamic State User

You will be able to set the immediate forward from here and much more , if you are not close to the set !
