Control incoming line on trunk

Hi All Hope all of you doing well
My OXO with ACD connect with 3 analog line

2 line is supose to recieve incoming call at 11:00 am
and another 1 line supose to reciev incoming call at 2:00 pm

I have doubt how to control the time of incoming call instead of pilot open stat

You mean 2 and 1 external lines ?

For ACD you need in this case 2 hunting groups.
One for 2 lines, one for the other 1 line.

In each hunting group you must add the ACD channels.

Then use "External Lines" Call-Dist" to route your analog lines to the right hunting groups.

Now you can use the ACD menu to setup the rest.
Configure that one hunting group goes to ACD Group 1
and the other to ACD Group 2.

At this time you can configure the desired time in the ACD Group configuration.
