OXO: E1 to VoIP PBX

Hi guys,

I had connected my OXO to one VOIP PBX, used the E1 connectivity
I can call from VoIP PBX/ VoIP to my OXO (my own phone extension)
but I can't call from OXO to VoIP

I had already look around this forum but didn't find any solution yet.


I'm very new in the PBX configuration

please advice
