My customer using OXE R9.1-i1.605-41
And now when i used incvisu command, i saw with many issue log

Entity 0 has a bad value in line 4...quite self explanatory. Go to entity 0 and fix the values given to it

You have f.e. incoming call. User busy or not answer. In Public network COS allowed overflow (on waiting, on total busy...) but overflow destination not declared.
In such case - PBX look Entity CDT. If in CDT nothing declared - you have incident 1307.
