analog trunk to trunk transfer release timer

Is there a way we can release the analog to analog trunk transfer after a timer . to be managed in minutes. there is a possibiltiy to do it in hours.
Customer wants to release it after 5 minutes.

Why...? that feature is to avoid bad trunks so they don't generate a huge bill
