Reports for IP&SIP users

Hi,
I have a pair of questions if anybody can help me:

1. Is possible to have internal accounting tickets for users and SIP devices ??? I have tickets IPxxxx.DAT and I can see the fields 10 (local id), 11 (Distant id), 12 (Call Duration), but in the Technical Documentation say that only are involves IP-Phones, and boards.

2. In relation with the first question , I need to know how I can generate a report from OV for to see the INTERNAL calls from SIP users or from IPTouch to SIP users (no problem for external call and no problem for report with internal calls from IPTouch to IpTouch)????. I can see this info in IPxxxx.DAT and I have the licence for internal accounting
