Voice mail = network congestion

Hello People,

When users press the envelope on the 8068 handsets and press "voice mail" or on "1 new voice message" Network Congestion is displayed.

How do i fix this one?

Can you call to voice mail directory number or do you have same result?
Was this working before?

Check the status of voice mail. Particulary lines via Eva_tool

Voice mail was working before.
When I ring the voice mail no: it says: voice mail unobtainable.
Checked status of lines via Eva_tool all OK.

I had techs close coupler & reboot the virtual vmail shelf with no luck, they then rebooted the OXe with still no success.
one full day after the reboot voice mail returned on its own.
One for the X-files but thanks for your assistance.

Check dsp recourses - compvisu lio, config all.
As I remember you need 8 dsp channel for VM.
