CONFIGURACION DE PROTOCOLO R2 EN OXO

Hola, atiendo a un cliente con un OXO R10 en Mexico, el Carrier que le da servicio publico es Marcatel en una troncal digital con protocolo R2 M y recientemente al generar una llamada saliente y colgar, el contador del tarificador no se detiene y envia llamadas de duracion de hasta 24 horas. El telefono si marca colgado y la llamada si finaliza pero la informacion enviada al tarificador es como lo relato.

Pienso que es una falla en el protoclo pero no logro ubicar la señal a considerar para solucionar este tema.

Hi

If I could understand the Spanish text, you must upgrade your system to the latest release. Metering tickets with 24 hours plus is a known error.
