8012 and the use of account codes

Hi there

I am just wanting to confirm if a 8012 instrument can make use of account codes on an OXO (latest release 10.2 software)
Using the code from a normal ip phone 8038 for example works fine.
I cant seem to get it right on a 8012 though.

any thoughts?

Hi Andy,

8012 is a SIP phone. As per chapter on List of Services Provided, the mentioned service is not supported for SIP phone.
