Auto Attendant

Hi All

Can anyone please tell me how I add a recording to the Auto Attendant?
I have found where to input the recoding on the system but not sure what format and so on it needs to be recorded at and is there some software best for doing so?

The audio file characteristics are:
Wav, 16 bit, mono, 8 kHz.

You can upload it from OMC >> Voice Processing >> Automated Attendant.

I can I also ask if there is a Max time length for the recordings?
i'm asking as I want to change it on another system and its not working but wasn't sure is it was don't to the time length?
the new recording I want to use is currently 17sec long.

I dont remember the exact max length for the recording but I am sure that you should not have any problems with 17sec.

What is the particualar error you are getting?

the message I get is THE VOICE PROMPT TRANSFER FAILED DUE TO EITHER TOO LONG FILE SIZE OR INSUFFICIENT ACCESS RIGHTS.

I have tried to upload the same files to another system we have and that works fine.

You can also record through the handset, as long as you use one of the models with a larger screen (8038/39/68, 4038/39/68)

What CPU do you have? PowerCPU or CPU-4?

Se for operadora automática, precisa de licença. Normalmente é permitido a gravação de 04 mensagens. Verifique se não ha outras mensagens gravadas
