Busy Tandem bothside

I've got a employee with a Tandem. It looks like this:

His primary phone has the number 1221, his secondary 9021.

If i call him by 9021, the second user who wants to call him by 9021 or 1221 gets a busy signal.
If i call him by 1221, the second user who wants to call him by 1221 gets a busy signal, if someone calls 9021 it still rings.



I want a bothside busy set, is it possible?

Normal behaviour. The known number should be only 1221.

True but if he's calling someone using his dect-phone the other guy will see the number in his journal and sometimes the other guy klick recall so he's going to call the unknown dect-number.

The tandem always present the main set in tandem number when calling.

Well, i checked it out a few minutes ago:

I dropped both users and createt them new, nothing changed!

Is it possible that Alcatel 4010 doesn't support tandem correctly?

In second case 1221 ring - according your management (Ringing in partial busy + Long Ring or Short ring). But calling user hear special tone not RBT (when partial busy=true). Calling user informed - that called set free but called user busy.
For case 1 busy - depends of - how many multi-line key you have (one or more), if more then one keys - depends of /user/dynamic state user "busy camp-on " item checked or not.

Yes a bit strange for internal (and network) calls --> RBT with busy indication as default. External calls receive busy.

I fixxed the Problem:

• $ mgr
• Users
• Descend hierarchy
• Dynamic State User
• Review/Modify
• Highlight „All instances“
• Insert Directory Number (Kable)
• Confirm by <Ctrl> + <V>
• Set „Busy Camp-on“ to False
• Redo for Dect-number

Now both sets ring or be busy.
