E1 multiplexing

Hello.
We have two 7705 with 16 port T1/E1 modules v2 in two sites and new E1 channel between them.
In the first office:
We have also two E1 wires from equipment in a LAN. First one - 1-12 time slots and second - 13-31 timeslots.
We need to pack all these timeslots in one E1 without 3rd level.
Situation in the second office is the same.

Is it possible with this equipment and how?

let me know. the transport between you first and secound using leased line or your private transport carrier? and let me know you want to config this e1 to put it as physical for your network (NN1), or access port?
