Remote VM retreive fail

We just completed updated ICS to R6.7.400.300.d, and the OXE to R11.1-l1.301-28-b-us-c0.

DDI users retreiving messages via external calls to the PSTN assoicated with the ICS previously would land at the "please enter your passcode" prompt.

Now, they are prompted for "if you have a mailbox within the system, please press one..."

I'm presuming this is an option switch on and XMLconfig file if anyone has a suggestion, I'd be greatful.

Your users are not being recognized. Make sure they have correct phone number configured and that Oxe is sending that exact number format
