Attendant can't transfer externall calls to outside

Hi all, i'm not an expert using OXE and i face the next problem:

users can't transfer external calls to outside (not internal) because of the COS configuration. This works ok.

My problem is that the operator neither can't and the operator has no "cos" value to configure. Where can i modify the configuration in order to allow the operator to transfer and incoming external call to the outside (another external call)?

Go to: mgr > Attendant > Attendant Sets > Review/Modify (choose your att set) > Public Network COS

Not sure - may be Connection COS 5 - your problem?

Yes, Vad you are right.
It is probably a connection or restriction COS issue.
