Login and password

Hi,

This websoftphone is new for me and I don't know what are the login and password needs?

I test my phone number with my PIN code but it doesn't work

Ask your admin to reset the user password on WebAdmin

But login and password for websoftphone is not the same ?

It's https://IP_ECS/WebAdmin for OT administration
https://IP_ECS/websoftphone for users manage their voicemail and phone no ?

No, each user has its own password. WebAdmin users are that, users for WebAdmin only.

Because i have an OTBE with 8770 and OpenTouch, on 8770/Users I have my user with OT application where I can find the username and password used for the websoftphone party.

Isn't it the GUI Password? Manage it in Users application.

I don't know what password is. In login I have "test" and in GUI password "qwerty" but when I put test/qwerty in cases it does'nt work.
