Hi,

I'd like to know whether it is possible to change the port for ftp on OXO (R6 and above) - and if so, how is it done.
Any help is appreciated.

I think is not possible. I have never heard about change OXO FTP port.

What you need to change this configuration?

due to compliance reasons, my client wants to change the ftp port.
does the system only use FTP for call tickets (through 8770) or something else as well?

The system use only FTP for call tickets (through 8770 or OLD driver).

It's possible to collect call tickets using an external device connected via serial with PC, but change to this format your are walking backwards.

Oxo, as black box on OS you can't change it
