PowerCPU EE Security Certificates

Hi,
First time connecting to OXO PowerCPU EE. The board allowed the connection but later logged me out and now i get an ERROR;
"Https(login-4)-Soap login-Error Code"
I did Lola and loaded R10 software, my OMC is 10.0.8. What is the problem here?
