Can't change voice guides on AutoAttendant Leaves

Hi All,

I need some help. I have created 5 AutoAttendant trees. Then created leaves for each tree.
For the last tree though after creating the leaves it won't allow me to change the Tones/Voice Guide on any of the new leaves...
Set or Change \PABX xxxx\Applications::1\Automated Attendant::1\Automated Attendant Leaves::5
Leaf No. : Lock 20 (Automated Attendant): Protection Error

Licenses my friend...rule #1, licenses. You just have a limit on how many AA you can create. There is the lock (license control item) so check value on spadmin.

Connect to the OXE via telnet, then enter command "spadmin" then choice number 2.
Item 20 will show how many auto attendants you can create.

An auto attendant is not a number of leaf.
It is a group of leafs in itself.

So that is the max number i gues..I need more licences it seems

Yes, that is it.
Also AA has limits on itself,it is not intendend to be used as an IVR:
Example:
5 tree levels
8 directory numbers
4 languages
48 messages

Ask your Presales more about these limits before purchasing something that at the end may not fit all your needs.
