maohist doubt

Hi all,

I have a doubt about maohist interpretation.

Mysteriously an a UA phone with directory number 1635, change "set type" from 4020 to 4019, when I look into maohist I see this entry :

7861 - 2015/03/12 16:45:02 Update Users 101 1635 (attendant)

and when i see mao file for this entry:

*************************************************************
* Record number 7861 ******** Date 2015/03/12 16:45:02 *
*************************************************************

Modify Object [890048,Users]

Node Number (reserved) : 101
Directory Number : 1635
Set Type : 4019


- what does this mean?

- user can change set type from device?

Yeah, on both...by magic they change to another set type. It has happened to me on call center agents even...strange thing...smells like teen bug

Hi We have had that also with 10.1 .
Do you have CCD?

They definatley changed to 4019 when they were out of service.
seen it with my own eyes.
