7705 SAR M Sotfware not found

Hi,

Does anyone know how to factory reset a 7705 SAR M? I cannot FTP to the unit. When I try to login thru the console port, is says "TiMOS image load failed"

Is there a way to fix this?

can you abort the boot and point it to a ftp server?
