No More Memory Space (Remanent)

Post by chauhann »

Hi Guys,
we have an OXE Rel 11.0.1 K1.520 22b. it is licence for 300 users and current use is 77 users, so plenty of spares in the system.
but today i tried to create 8 users and i keep getting no more memory space (remanent) processing failure message.
i have run command mao free and i have about 200 free stations, so i should be able to create this 8 users but can't.
Can someone please help me with this?
Thanks in Advance.

Remanent size problem? Then use "cfgUpdate" command.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

Hi Alex,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I did a reset on the system last night and all seems fine.
I was able to create more users today.
Thanks.
