5060 is only for signaling , you should chek also after that rtp's @ & ports

As there is not basic 200 OK from INVITE, no reason to dig yet on RTP ports haroun
First he must check the handshake

ofcorse cav ,once if he resolve the signaling path , he must just after check the rtp one , i suspect he will got an issue at rtp, but hope i'm wrong

Hello Experts,

there was some routing issue in firewall configuration. Now SIP packets are exchanged between the servers but i am not able to make & receive calls. I have attached level 3 traces.

My internal number is 100313 (example number) and number given by service provider is 0165299200. I did DID for incoming call but its not working. Service provider says that i am sending my internal number to them that's y they are getting " 484 Address Incomplete" error message when i am making outgoing calls.

your logs are duplicted and are for incoming calls ; response code is 404 not found so i think did is not working at al l that 'why SP say they see extension instead of installation number+did in the outgoing

btw i see sbc "s=SBC call" ?:-)
