Hunting group

Hi,

I'm trying to configure a hunting group.

The scenario is...when someone calls to ext. 100..if it is not answered then it shall jump to 101..and if not..then jump or ring on ext. 102.

HOwever, i'm trying to test with the following:
- virtual terminal and adding a diversion (immediate to hunting group)
- hunting group with 2 members in cyclic mode (if i use parallel it works, but with cycle and sequential it goes to a fax sound).

still no good.

any idea, comments on what shall i do.

Btw..can i use only the diversion options to redirect 2 ext?
i mean:
ext.101 rings 4 times...then goes to 102...then goes to 103..?

Well..this is what i got:

- Hunting group: 3 member
- in subscriber list i managed the 3 members in dyn rout to have their own hunting group instead the voicemail.
result: 1 ext rang...if not answered then it went to another and stayed there (never rang on a third 3ext). but, if i used parallel it rang on the 3 ext. So i call one of my coworkers who has experience on OXO and told me that it was ok...the third ext. will ring only if the second is busy.

So, i left it as it was configured first.
