while using with internal wifi its working fine but while using with public ip only the issue

Hi! - I moved the server over the week end to handle the daily incoming connections (about 200K/day) but it looks like I aimed too low for the resources. I'm going to have to move this server (hopefully for the last time) this week. I'm sorry for the interruption.

Public IP? Over SIP?? Guess you are doing NAT or port forwarding. SIP is NOT NAT friendly nor supports it.
Check with your network guys to open all ports. Bad idea too, you should be using or VPN or a SBC.

What for compression do you use? MyICPhone "understand" only G711.

If you are using a 3G network, what do you have in between the phone system, and the outside world ?
Is the 3G switch connected internally to your network ?
