I need to be able to manually forward the Attendant Set to an external number. This is for when "0" is pressed from the AA, using time of day is not an option as the user needs flexibility to forward the set at various times of the day. They only want calls that reach the Attendant Set by pressing "0" to forward so Master Diversion is not an option.
TIA

Re: Forward Attendant Set
Thanks, but setting Attendant Diversion caused all callers that dialed the main number that's pointed at the AA to the destination defined in Attendant Diversion. Callers did not hear the AA menu.

Re: Forward Attendant Set
hi
to achive that a way to do it is to point your external calls to a virtual Terminal and then route them to AA so the caller will hear the message.
You have to disable dynamic routing in the attedant GROUP (vmu as AA)
