4645 voicemail and SIP trunk calls

Post by aflores »

Hello all, I have and xtrange situation.

Two OXE systems, one Cristal (lets called "OXE A"); one Common hardware (lets called "OXE B").

Systems linked through SIP trunking

OXE A users numebring from 6300 to 6399

OXE B users numbering 4400 to 4499

OXE B 4645 embedded on it, with automated attendant configured and working fine.
Automated Atendant Voicemail number= 4400

Both systems on R10 same version.

When calling from OXE A to any user On OXE B the SIP communications works fine without any trouble.

When calling from OXE B to any user On OXE A the SIP communications works fine without any trouble.

When calling from OXE A to the 4400 on OXE B, thereis no comunication, the comunication is rejected and release.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Does the 4645 can receive SIP calls?

By the way, when calling from PSTN to the 4400 Automated attendant, it works fine too.

Thanks to all for your help

AFlores

Hello Haroun.

the OXO AGENT? may be because this OXE systems also receive calls from OXO systems and may be this signal mixed with the OXEs traces.

This is a SIP network with two OXEs and 7 OXOs.

Is there a way to enable codecs for 4645?

Regards.
